Get in Touch With Us
This page explains how to contact the Real Money Online Poker editorial team, what we can help with, and where to go for problems we can't solve. You must be 21 or older to use the poker sites we cover, except in the few states where the legal age is 18. If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER at any time.
What we can help with
We are an independent comparison site. We research and review poker sites and apps, and we can respond to questions about our own content. Typical reasons to write to us:
- Corrections: a bonus figure, payment method or state availability detail that looks out of date. Our facts were last checked on Sep 30, 2026, and operators change terms often.
- Questions about a review: how we assessed an operator, or why it sits where it does in our rankings.
- Feedback and topic ideas: something you wanted to know while choosing a poker app that we didn't answer.
- Business and editorial enquiries: partnership or media questions. Please note that commercial relationships do not buy ranking position.
- Responsible gambling concerns: tell us if you think our content is unclear or could be read as encouraging risky play.
What we can't help with
We are not a poker operator, and we do not hold player funds or accounts. That means we can't:
- Fix login problems, reverse a deposit, release a withdrawal or speed up a cash-out.
- Resolve a bonus dispute, account closure or identity verification (KYC) request.
- Judge whether a site is lawfully available to you in your state.
For account issues, use the Support or Help section of the poker site or app itself. Keep screenshots, transaction IDs and dates of your messages. If an operator is licensed by a state gaming commission or board, that regulator's complaint process is the next step. Sites that accept US customers without a license from your state are a different matter, and you should check your state's rules before you deposit.
How to write to us so we can answer quickly
- Name the page or review you are asking about.
- Say which state you are in, if your question is about availability, payments or legality.
- Quote the statement you think is wrong and, if you can, where you saw the updated information.
- Don't send passwords, full card numbers or ID documents. We never need them.
Use the contact details or form provided by the site. We read messages from real people and reply where a reply is useful. We can't promise a set response time or that every suggestion will be used.
How we handle corrections
When a reader flags an error, we check it against the operator's published terms and relevant official sources. If it holds up, we update the page and its check date. Advertised bonuses and offers are operator claims, not our test results. We haven't deposited, played or withdrawn at these sites, so our reviews draw on research and verification of published information. Please treat that as a starting point and read each operator's current terms yourself.
Commercial disclosure
Real Money Online Poker may earn a commission if you sign up to an operator through links on our site. That relationship does not decide rankings, and it does not stop us from listing drawbacks. If you think a review reads as though it has been influenced, tell us.
Support if gambling is a problem
Poker carries a real risk of losing money, and skill doesn't remove it. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never to recover losses or escape stress. Free, confidential help is available 24/7 from the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. Many states also run self-exclusion programs, and we'd urge you to use them if you need to. We will never suggest ways around them.
Looking for more on the sites we cover?
This page is for contacting us, not for operator comparisons. Our ranked list of poker sites and apps is on the main pages of the site. If you came from outside the US and want a different market's coverage, you can read our page on trusted non GamStop casinos for UK players, though it does not apply to US poker rules.
